We are now opening up opportunities for Qualified (Level 3 in Childcare) Early Years Educators to join our existing teams.

About the role
As an Early Years Educator at Muddy Boots, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, nature-based learning experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence and independence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging learning activities, with a strong focus on outdoor play and exploration
- Observing, assessing and supporting children's individual learning journeys
- Acting as a key person and building strong, trusting relationships with families
- Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
- Working collaboratively as part of a positive, supportive team
- Taking responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in your care
We're looking for someone who:
- Must have a Level 3 Early Years qualification on the DfE Early Years Qualifications List
- Has experience in an early years setting
- Shares our values and commitment to high-quality childcare
- Has a genuine passion for outdoor learning and child-led play
- Is positive, proactive, and enjoys working as part of a team
Experience in outdoor education is welcomed, but a willingness to learn and grow with us matters just as much.

Located on the A650 Drighlington bypass, just off the M62, convenient for Manchester/Halifax traffic into Leeds/Bradford in our modern purpose-built building.
The nursery has a large outdoor play area, climbing frames, rubberised surfacing and grassed areas, reflecting our hands-on, nature-led approach to early years care.

Located 5 miles west of Leeds city centre, just off the A62, a short drive from the M62.
Our Gildersome nursery is our smallest site in Leeds with a lovely view overlooking the village green and plans to install a brand new outdoor classroom in the coming months, reflecting our hands-on, nature-led approach to early years care and for free-flow indoor/outdoor play.
